Each year the symposium offers organizations and vendors an opportunity to promote their
organization/business, and sell their merchandise through renting an exhibition booth.
Space will be on the main floor close to the registration desk and nutritional snacks. Register early as space is limited!
Each exhibition space includes the following:
5’ by 8’ Floor Space (including a 5’ X 2½’ draped table), electricity & 2 chairs)
One registration for the symposium (including lunch and nutritional breaks)
Free link or information package on our Internet Web Site
2 days and 1 evening of public & delegate attendance to promote and sell your products
One advertising page in the delegate binder ($100 value)
Each booth may have a staff of two, with one person at the table at all times. The second staff persons may purchase lunch and nutrition break tickets for $65 for 2 days. Banquet tickets are not included and can be purchased for an extra $50 per person. A booth cost $300, If more than one space is required additional spaces for $200. Set up time is after 9:00 am on Friday May 17th, and take down is after 6:00 pm on Sunday May 19th.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a booth. Full payment must be received by May 1, 2003. Payment is accepted by cheque, money order, VISA or Mastercard.
